I hold an international C.I.D.E.S.C.O diploma alongside formal qualifications in reflexology, remedial massage, traditional Chinese massage, aromatherapy, and yoga.
My studies also span advanced sales psychology, strategic marketing, brand positioning, psychotherapy, Ayurvedic therapies, holistic counselling, nutrition, meditation, and human behaviour.
